If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use x444 and should close the platform immediately.
These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and x444. They apply to all activities on x444 including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, placing bets, playing games, claiming bonuses, and participating in the Refer a Friend programme. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement.

Continuing to use x444 after an update is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any update, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the update takes effect.
To register and use x444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. x444 does not permit anyone under 18 to register or play. We conduct age verification checks and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point.
- You must be accessing x444 voluntarily, for your own personal entertainment, using funds that belong to you and that you can afford to spend on gaming.
- You must not be registered on x444's self-exclusion list or on any industry-wide self-exclusion register that x444 participates in.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — meaning you are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
- You must not be acting on behalf of any third party or in any professional capacity relating to gambling research, auditing, or competitive intelligence.
Each person is permitted to hold only one x444 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — are not permitted. x444 will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held in them. If you have lost access to an existing account, contact support at support@x444.click rather than creating a new one.
When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false information at registration may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your x444 account. This means keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential and not sharing them with any other person. x444 will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that result from your failure to protect your login details.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact x444 support immediately at support@x444.click. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account while the matter is investigated.
x444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where:
- The player has violated any part of these Terms and Conditions.
- The player is found to have provided false information during registration.
- Fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, collusion, or match-fixing involvement is suspected or confirmed.
- The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
- x444 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
Account balances in suspended or closed accounts will be handled in accordance with x444's policies at the time, taking into account the reason for closure. Balances in accounts closed due to fraud will be forfeited. Balances in accounts closed for inactivity or at the player's request will be returned in full subject to standard KYC checks.
x444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances, bets, and payouts on x444 are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:
- Easypaisa — instant settlement, minimum deposit Rs 500
- JazzCash — instant settlement, minimum deposit Rs 500
- NayaPay — instant settlement, minimum deposit Rs 500

x444 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside x444's control and are your responsibility. x444 will credit the exact amount received after any third-party fees are deducted.
All deposit transactions on x444 are monitored for compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. x444 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in a withdrawal restriction being placed on your account until the matter is resolved.
x444 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Under 15 minutes in most cases, 24 hours maximum.
- Bank Transfer (IBFT): 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
- Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and protect players from fraud. If your deposit payment method is no longer available (e.g., a closed mobile wallet account), contact support to arrange an alternative verified method.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount, but withdrawals above Rs 50,000 may be subject to enhanced verification checks before processing, in compliance with Pakistani regulatory requirements.
x444 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal. This may require you to provide a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or payment method ownership documentation. x444 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation.
Winnings from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Please refer to Section 6 for full bonus withdrawal conditions. Deposits that have not been wagered at least once are also subject to a review before withdrawal, to prevent deposit-withdrawal cycling.
x444 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general conditions below:
- Each bonus offer is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
- x444 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting remain in effect.
- Attempting to exploit bonuses through low-risk wagering patterns, arbitrage betting, or other bonus abuse strategies may result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first deposit only. Players who have previously held a x444 account are not eligible for a new player welcome bonus on a new account — such accounts will be treated as duplicate accounts under Section 2.
- x444 may at its discretion withhold bonus credit if it reasonably believes a player is registering solely to claim a bonus with no genuine intention of using the platform for normal play.
All bets placed on x444 — including sports betting, PSL cricket, esports, and virtual sports — are subject to the following general rules:
- A bet is only confirmed once x444 has accepted it and issued a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference have not been placed.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where x444 specifically offers a cash-out feature and you choose to use it before the relevant event concludes.
- x444 publishes the odds for all events. Odds are correct at the time they are displayed but may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those shown at the moment your bet is accepted and confirmed.
- In the event of an obvious pricing error where odds have been published at a manifestly incorrect level (e.g., a 100-to-1 favourite at 50/1), x444 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes in full.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed beyond 24 hours, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed but played within 24 hours of the original scheduled start, bets remain active.
- Minimum bet amount across all markets is Rs 500 per selection.
- x444 reserves the right to limit maximum stakes on any market at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual patterns of activity are identified.
For live in-play betting, bets are placed in real time against rapidly changing odds. x444 may briefly suspend a market around key match events (goals, wickets, kills, etc.) to update odds. Bets submitted during a market suspension are queued and will be accepted or declined at the resumed odds.
All slot games, fishing games, and other casino-style games available on x444 operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Outcomes are statistically independent for every spin or game round — previous outcomes have no influence on future results.
Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published on each game page. These figures represent the theoretical long-term average return to players over a very large number of rounds and do not guarantee returns within any individual session or within any specific period of play.
If a game malfunctions — for example if a spin result does not display correctly due to a technical error — the game round is considered void and the stake will be returned to your balance. If technical issues prevent you from completing a game session, any winnings already confirmed before the malfunction are credited to your balance.
Progressive jackpots available on x444 accumulate over time from contributions from player bets. Jackpot amounts displayed are live figures and may increase or reset between the moment you see them and the moment a jackpot is triggered. x444 is not responsible for discrepancies between displayed jackpot figures and the amount paid out, which will always be the confirmed amount at the exact moment the jackpot is triggered.
x444's Refer a Friend programme rewards players for introducing friends to the platform. The following conditions apply:
- To qualify as a referral, the referred person must register a new x444 account using your unique referral link or code and make a first deposit of at least Rs 500 within 30 days of clicking your referral link.
- Each referred person counts as one qualifying referral only. Referring the same person multiple times or referring a person who already holds or has previously held a x444 account does not qualify.
- Referral rewards will not be paid for self-referrals — registering additional accounts in your own name or in the name of a family member sharing the same device or IP address for the purpose of generating referral bonuses is prohibited.
- x444 reserves the right to withhold referral rewards where there is reason to believe the referred accounts were created for the sole purpose of generating referral income with no genuine intention to use the platform.
- Referral bonus amounts, tier structures, and commission rates are as published on the Refer a Friend page and may be changed by x444 at any time. Changes will not affect referral bonuses already earned from qualifying referrals completed before the change date.
- The 5% ongoing commission is calculated on deposits made by your referred friends, not on their winnings or losses. Commission is credited to your x444 balance monthly.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on x444. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to x444 while simultaneously retaining account balances or winnings funded by those deposits.

- Underage Access: Any attempt to allow a person under 18 to use your x444 account, or to register a new account on behalf of someone under 18.
- Money Laundering: Using x444 to process, conceal, or transfer funds obtained from criminal activity.
x444 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming for all Pakistani players. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or emotional distress. To support this, x444 provides the following tools, all accessible from your account dashboard:

Your continued use of x444 after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using x444 and may request a withdrawal of your balance before the changes take effect. Your account will remain open for this purpose during the notice period.
